Mind Math Programme
Our Mind Math journey began with the aim to strengthen students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities through innovative techniques beyond traditional methods. Students started with the very basics —learning ones and tens, then gradually moving to addition and subtraction. In the early stages, they used their fingers and the abacus to work with big digits, building confidence step by step. As their skills strengthened, they advanced to solving large-number calculations quickly and accurately, often answering within seconds.
Over time, this programme has played a vital role in enhancing overall academic performance by nurturing logical thinking, sharper concentration, and stronger memory retention.
Mind Math was introduced to shift learning from rote methods to conceptual understanding, ensuring students become active thinkers rather than passive learners. As the world demands faster reasoning and smarter decision-making, this programme empowers our students with skills that support lifelong learning and success.
ICT Program
The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Program at Sir Syed Children’s Academy is designed to introduce students to the basic use of technology in a simple, fun, and engaging way. The program helps students become familiar with digital tools while supporting their overall learning and creativity.
In ICT classes, students use tablets for interactive activities such as learning letters and numbers, drawing, basic typing, educational games, and guided learning apps. These activities help improve hand–eye coordination, thinking skills, and early digital awareness.
The ICT program focuses on safe and supervised use of technology, making learning enjoyable while building a strong foundation for future digital learning.
